-
Where there are discrepancies between the estimated postage cost and final postage cost on international deliveries, excess postage costs paid by the customer will be refunded via the original payment method. This does not include the handling fee which is non-refundable.
-
The handling fee charged to the customer covers our costs of the materials and time used when packaging the model. This is included in the postage cost for both domestic and international deliveries, but is not pre-determined.
-
Unless there is an exceptional increase in the final postage cost, beyond the initial estimate, we endeavour not to charge the customer additional costs for postage. The cost that we are willing to incur is at our discretion and will be communicated on a case by case basis.
-
Where multiple items are purchased domestically, we will refund the original payment method with any surplus delivery costs paid upon shipping. This does not include the handling fee which is non-refundable.
